A psychopath. a psychopathic person; a crazy person. : Champ is turning into a real psycho.

adj.  Crazy; insane.

A better definition of ‘Psychopath’

Are some corporate CEO’s, doctors, lawyers, politicians and scientists psychopaths? The answer could be “yes” if you use a definition which labels individuals who are often intelligent and highly charismatic, but display a chronic inability to feel guilt, remorse or anxiety about any of their actions. Senate Democrats propose surveillance law changes

Sept 23, 2009 – USA – By Larry Margasak; AP – Democratic senators, beginning work on revisions to the nation’s major counterterrorism law, want the Gov’t to meet tougher tests when requesting the right to conduct surveillance and seize records and other property.  Three expiring provisions of the USA Patriot Act provide Democrats with the opportunity to rewrite parts of the law – and curb what they consider abuses of Americans’ civil liberties and privacy during the Bush administration.
